The training delivery model of this course: Virtual Classroom Instructor Delivered

  • Limits enrolment to approximately 10 seats
  • Delivers topics in the sequence usually encountered by a project manager when initiating a new project
  • Utilizes small group work sessions following the delivery of each topic
  • Enables participants to model planning a project and developing the documentation for implementation and control
  • Provides useful templates for project planning
  • Simulates project execution and monitoring and control by creating imaginary scenarios and allowing participants to apply solutions to various issues and mitigate variances from planned cost, time and quality constraints
  • Addresses resource use issues and management of contracts

Delivery Time - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

This seminar qualifies for 16 Professional Development Credits (PDUs) (PDUs Technical - 14 , Leadership - 1, Business - 1)


$895 plus GST for the two-day seminar. Includes training materials. Invoice is generated following registration. 

On-Site seminars can be negotiated. Our on-site fee for a two-day seminar is $8605 plus GST plus out of pocket expenses.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least ten business days prior to the seminar, will receive a refund less 5% of the seminar fee as an administration charge. No refunds for cancellations of less than ten business days prior to the seminar.
