This is a foundation seminar on which project managers can build and enhance their project management skill set. The course provides comprehensive coverage of the principles and techniques necessary for successful project management.

The training delivery model of this course: Classroom - Instructor Delivered (pending Covid-19)

• Limits enrolment to approximately 15 seats
• Delivers topics in the sequence usually encountered by a project manager when initiating a new project
• Utilizes small group work sessions following the delivery of each topic
• Introduction to different project developmental approaches and delivery of project value
• Enables participants to model planning a project and developing the capabilities for successful project delivery
• Provides useful templates for project planning
• Simulates project execution and monitoring and control by creating imaginary scenarios and allowing participants to apply solutions to various issues and mitigate variances from planned cost, time and quality constraints
• Includes addressing resource use issues, communication techniques and stakeholder management

Delivery Time - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (on both days)

This seminar qualifies for 16 Professional Development Credits (PDUs) (PDUs Technical - 14 , Leadership - 1, Business - 1)

Fees

$895 plus GST for the two-day seminar. Includes training materials. Invoice is generated following registration. 

On-Site seminars can be negotiated. Our on-site fee for a two-day seminar is $8900 plus GST and expenses. We are happy to provide a formal price quote.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least ten business days prior to the seminar, will receive a refund less 5% of the seminar fee as an administration charge. No refunds for cancellations of less than ten business days prior to the seminar.
